Who We Are

With the divine blessings and inspirations of Vishwakarma Dada, Shree Vishwakarma Shakti Mandal was formed in 2004 to fulfil the Dharmic and cultural needs of the Vishwakarma descendants and the Dharmic devout community in the UK. Over the years, under the dedicated leadership of Shri Vasantbhai Voralia and his team has developed and operated a DADA’s Mandir at 38,Clifford Road, Wembley, HA0 1AE. The key activities being organising major Dharmic and cultural events and the celebration of DADA’s monthly Amavasya Arti, Bhajans and Prasaad, continuously without a break.

During August 2023, a few dedicated members of the Community got together to convert Vishwakarma Shakti Mandal into a non-profit Charitable Company registered with Companies House in the UK. The Company’s name is Shree Vishwakarma Shakti Mandal (Wembley Global) Ltd. registered at Unit 60a, Hallmark Trading Centre in Wembley. The Company’s Articles (constitution) is designed to achieve the Purpose, Vision, Mission, to operate with Values and for Beneficiaries as set out below:

Our Purpose

  • The advancement of the Hindu Religion in the form of Sanatan Vedic Dharma as followed and practised by the Vishwakarma descendants and the dharmic devout Community of the UK and throughout the world.
  • The promotion of harmony and mutual understanding within the Community and good relations between different Social Groups for the benefit of the Society as a Whole.
  • The relief of poverty and the promotion of health in the United Kingdom and other places on earth.
  • To assist local and overseas Charities with similar objectives to that of SVSM (WG) Ltd. 

  • The advancement of Sanatan Vedic cultural values, dharmic and sporting activities.

    Promote religious, social and cultural activities throughout the year by organising dharmic and cultural events, weekly and monthly spiritual meetings together with the celebration of auspicious Hindu religious festivals.

To facilitate in fulfilling our purposes, our vision is:

Acquire, Develop and Manage Vishwakarma Mandirs and Community Centres in the UK to facilitate dharmic, cultural, social and sporting activities including facilities for a place of worship for all its members and the Dharmic Community.

Provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other activities for the devout community who needs such facilities by reason of their age, infirmity, disability or social circumstances in each case with the aim of improving their quality of life.


Facilitate educational and social programmes for the benefit of the Community and the Public at large.

Mission

Mission 2025:

Vishwakarma Mandir and Community Centre in the UK

  1. As we embark on the mission to establish the Vishwakarma Mandir and Community Centre in the UK by the end of 2025, our vision id to create a sacred space that serves as a beacon of community, culture and spirituality for generations to come.

    Objectives:

    1. Location Scouting: Identify and secure a suitable location in the UK that is accessible and conducive to our community’s needs.
    2. Architectural Design: Develop plans for a converted or purpose-built Mandir and Community Centre that reflects our rich Sanatan Dharmic heritage and values.
    3. Fundraising Campaign: Launch fundraising initiatives to gather the necessary resources for the construction and maintenance of the facilities.
    4. Community Engagement: Foster engagement with families and the local community to cultivate support and involvement in the project.
    5. Cultural Programming: Outline a calendar of events and activities to celebrate our Cultural traditions and promote cultural exchange.
    6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met for the establishment of the Manidr and Community Centre.


    Timeline:

    • Q1-Q2 2024: Location scouting and initial design discussions

    • Q3-Q4 2024: Fundraising campaigns kick-off-equity and cash.

    • Q1-Q2 2025: Architectural design finalisation and regulatory approvals

    • Q3-Q4 2025: Commence construction of the Vishwakarma Mandir and Community Centre

    • End of 2025: Inauguration and opening of the facility
